Positive first grooms are vital. Many parts of the grooming process can cause fear if they aren't introduced in a patient, skilled way — and a frightened animal can carry that for life.
We put time and care into our puppies knowing there's a long relationship ahead, and that it will make a difference to your pet's future. Puppies and kittens should have their first professional groom by four months of age.
